What we do

mandatiq scans your site against WCAG 2.1 AA, generates AI-written fix code for the issues that have one, and produces the EAA accessibility statement EU regulators ask for. Solo costs €19 a month, Pro €49; you can try the free single-page scan from the homepage without an account.

Why

The European Accessibility Act became enforceable on 28 June 2025. Most enforcement we've watched in 2025 hasn't been "your contrast ratio is 4.4 instead of 4.5" — it's been "your site has no accessibility statement and we got a complaint." The cheapest possible win for most EU SMBs is a documented baseline plus a short backlog. mandatiq exists to make that baseline trivial to run and the backlog easy to act on.

Who

mandatiq is built and maintained by João Rodrigues (Founder). Software engineer based in Lisbon. Built mandatiq after watching a half-dozen EU SMBs find out about the European Accessibility Act through a regulator letter rather than through their suppliers — and realising no tool on the market gave them a one-paragraph answer to "are we compliant, and if not, what do we do today?"

Where

Lisbon, Portugal. The product is hosted in EU regions (Vercel, Supabase eu-central-1, Fly.io fra) so customer data never leaves the EU/EEA — see /security for the full data-handling summary.
